• Hair loss : After purchase, it is normal for your carpet to shed hairs for about fifteen days. These hairs are actually the wool threads that were stuck during weaving.
• Regular vacuum cleaner : Vacuum your carpet regularly and gently to maintain its cleanliness.
• Flipping and shaking : Don't hesitate to turn your rug over and shake it regularly to avoid dust build-up.
• Tasks : In case of stain, clean it immediately with water and Marseille soap.
• Specialized dry cleaning : If necessary, take your carpet to a dry cleaner, making sure that they have a subcontractor who specializes in carpet cleaning.
